Following Lemonade Diet Instructions
The Master cleanse diet or lemon detox diet has gained popularity because it helps you lose 20 pounds in just ten days. It also detoxifies your body from over exposure to all sources of bacteria, viruses and toxins. The longevity of such diet program depends on your body weight or medical issues. A lot of people want to try this type of diet but do not know what comprises such diet. Here are the lemonade diet instructions that will help you lose weight:
You first have to prepare the ingredients needed to make a lemon juice. These ingredients are 2 oz. fresh lemons, 2 cups of water, ¼ of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 2 oz. maple syrup. Mix all the ingredients together with the juice of two lemons.
You should start the day by drinking salt water. This drink is composed of 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 quart of water. Salt water helps you flush or eliminate the toxins and acids from your body. Take some time to drink it until your body absorbs all the nutrients. You will also notice that your bowel movements increase after drinking salt water. This is normal as the drink helps detoxify your body and expel all sorts of waste that have piled up inside your body. During the day, after drinking salt water, you should drink lemon juice to keep your body hydrated.
At the end of the day or at night, you should take herbal laxative tea to relax your body or relieve it from stress. The first few days of following a lemonade diet may be quite difficult on your part as you will feel physical discomfort in your body such as diarrhea, dizziness and nausea. This feeling is normal as your body is trying to adjust to the changes. Your body might also get weak while trying to lose weight. After the ten day period, your body will begin to restore its energy especially if you start consuming solid foods.
Do not immediately switch to eating or consuming solid foods as this will shock your digestive system. You should give your body some allowance to adjust to such changes. Start by drinking fruit juices. Do this until your body has finally adjusted. If you are going to go on an eating binge, you are posing a potential danger to your body.
If you do not like eating vegetables, you can go back to your normal diet by drinking orange juice or citric juices first. You should eat raw fruits and avoid processed foods by all means. For vegetarians, it is easy to immediately go back to normal diet as this kind of food is unprocessed and can help your body maintain your ideal weight.
You should follow the lemonade diet instructions and guidelines from the start of the program until the end for best results and to avoid any medical problems. Discipline will also play a great role while you are following a lemonade diet. You will not be able to achieve the body you want without this.
