You can do these routines before you sleep or upon waking up, which ever you prefer.

Exercise #1

- Lie down on the floor on one side

- Once you are in a comfortable state, tilt your head up (if you are lying on your right, tilt to the left and vice versa)

- Keep your head in that angle for ten counts and simply move your head back to the starting position

- Repeat as many times possible

Exercise #2

- Sit or stand in a relaxed position

- Open up your mouth and then stick your tongue out

- Maintain that posture for at least ten to fifteen counts and then release

- Repeat as many times possible
