Some of us may want to read the Bible all day long, but unfortunately we cannot. However, we can meditate on a verse all day long. You may ask, how do you meditate? Well, if you have ever worried on and on about something, that is meditating. Seek God.

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things.” (Philippians 4:8)
Choose to meditate on God’s good Word, instead of worrying. Or if you want God to help you in an area of you life, then mediate on a certain verse to help you in that area. Meditate on God’s Word and His thinking will become your thinking.
You are what you think. Our thoughts are powerful and Satan wants to control our actions by controlling our thoughts. Don’t let the devil win, ask God for help, by showing you the lies that the devil wants you to believe. Choose to meditate on God’s Word, because His word is very powerful. Change your thoughts, attitude, and actions by what you meditate on. Focus on thinking positive and on good things always. Look for the good and be at peace, by Jesus Christ.
Meditating on verses can help you to know God more and His truth. What are some of your favorite verses or what scripture have you been meditating on lately? Here are a few of mine:
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6-7)
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
“Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.”(Romans 5:3-5)
“I can do everything through Christ who gives me strength.“(Philippians 4:13)
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—” (Ephesians 2:8)

I like all those verses you listed here and really need to mediate more on God's word throughout the day. I copied all my favorite verses into a journal book that is small that I can carry with me. It was a very uplifting activity to do.
