We need to focus more on inclusion. In everyday life in everyday situations, look for someone you can reach out to and include. I think we need to look at some Christian churches today and see if they are really including everybody. Who you sit next to a homeless person?

Jesus looked for those that were excluded by the church and religious people. He went looking for the prostitutes, sinners, and tax collectors and included the excluded. He talked to them and found out what they were interested in. He met them at their level and then they felt safe to ask Him about Him.

We are to choose our friends wisely. Jesus was good friends with His disciples, but He always reached out to the excluded. “I have written you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people— not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world.“(1 Cor. 5:9, 10) We are suppose to love the world as God so loved the world, but not be of it. That does not mean we are not to be in it and only associate with Christians. Reach out to people in love, but do not let their sins affect you.

How can people know Jesus, if we do not reach out to them at their level? In everyday life we need to think how we can love everybody with true unconditional love and not be judgmental.
